Mr. Oringer bought the Bridgehampton, N.Y., property in 2014 for $40 million, according to public records. The 10,296-square-foot home was designed by architecture firm Barnes Coy Architects, according to a digital brochure of the listing.
The move to list comes roughly six months after Mr. Oringer and his wife Talia Oringer paid $42 million for a home on Miami Beach’s tony North Bay Road. Mr. Oringer recently relocated to Florida and has said he is investing in tech
